1. Who we are

GRealty AI ("we", "us") operates the GRealty AI service from Athens, Greece. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about our customers and their end-users in connection with the Service. You can reach us at grealtyai@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials (managed via our authentication provider), language preferences.
• Customer / lead data you upload: contact details and messages of your real-estate leads and properties you manage in the CRM.
• Communication data: messages exchanged through connected channels (WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Telegram), support emails.
• Usage & telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, feature usage, performance and error logs.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location.
• Billing-adjacent data: name and email passed to our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Create and manage your account, provide the Service, and respond to your requests — performance of a contract.
• Process AI replies, lead matching, and meeting scheduling — performance of a contract.
• Bill you and prevent fraud — contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Improve and secure the Service, monitor performance, debug errors — legitimate interests.
• Send product updates and service announcements — legitimate interests; marketing emails — consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers, analytics and monitoring, email and messaging infrastructure. They process data only on our instructions.
• Payment processor — Stripe: payments, subscription billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Messaging providers: WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Telegram, and Twilio when you connect those channels.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and audit advisers when necessary.
• Authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period unless we must retain it longer to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Greek data protection law you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority. 8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep your credentials confidential.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working correctly.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
