These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GRealty AI service ("Service"). The Service is operated by GRealty AI ("we", "us", "our"), based in Athens, Greece. You can contact us at grealtyai@gmail.com. By using the Service, you are entering into an agreement with GRealty AI.
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of a company, that you have authority to bind that company.
GRealty AI provides a bilingual (Greek/English) AI-powered CRM for real estate professionals, including lead handling across WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and Telegram, automated property matching, lead scoring, and meeting scheduling. Features available to you depend on your plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
The Service, including all software, documentation, designs, and branding, is owned by GRealty AI and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service uses AI models to generate responses, suggestions, and other outputs. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying accuracy of outputs, and for confirming you have the rights to any content you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as legal, financial, or professional advice without human review. You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that breach these rules. Rights-holders may contact us at grealtyai@gmail.com to report alleged infringement; repeated infringers will be terminated.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Stripe's terms applicable to your payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens, Greece, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
